  I was a tenant for 12 months in a property managed by Re/Max Torrens, Bedford
  
  This had been one of my first rental experiences and during my stay I had several issues with the management of Re/Max Torrens which at times left me uncomfortable, angry and depressed
  
  My first issue was a simple installation of an air conditioner unit which ended in the "qualified" contractor dragging my brand new vacuum cleaner, damaging the exterior and the owner's wall. He then proceeded to fill the vacuum cleaner with brick sand which clogged the internal components and I had to disassembled and tinker before getting it to work again. I brought the issue to the attention of Re/Max Torrens management team, with my shock wasn't even given a simple apology
  
  My second issue renovation of the bathroom and toilet while I was still at the property. The agent informed me it would take 24 hours to complete. It doesn't take common sense to realise that it was a lie. The contractor informed me it would take up to 7 days. I was also not offered any alternative accommodation with the water disconnected
  
  I highly recommend avoiding this Real Estate Agency
